I am Roxanne McKeehen the eye behind McKeehen Photography. Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been drawn to the magic of capturing moments—whether it was a simple smile, a spontaneous laugh, or a fleeting glance that told a story. In high school, I was that “annoying kid” with a camera in hand, documenting everything and everyone, determined to freeze memories in time.

After a few years away, I rediscovered my passion for photography in 2021, and it felt like coming home. Now, my camera is never far from reach. You can often find me chasing golden light, convincing my 10-year-old to join me in one of my creative ideas, or working with families, couples, and individuals to create timeless portraits that tell their unique stories

My photography business is built on connection, creativity, and storytelling. I believe the best photos happen when people feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated.
